The **Online devices KPI** report is a dashboard showing where your online SIMs are located worldwide and how much data they consume by country.
Use this report to see the global spread of your IoT deployment, identify device concentrations by region, and track endpoint count and data volume per country over time.

## Questions this report answers

* Where are my online SIMs located around the world?
* How many SIMs are online in each country?
* Which countries have the most endpoints and data volume?
* How does geographic distribution change day over day?
* What is the data volume per country for a specific time period?
* Which mobile network operators are my devices connecting to in each country?

## Navigate to this report

Log in to your [emnify account](https://portal.emnify.com/sign).

Navigate to [**Reports**](https://portal.emnify.com/reports).

Select **Online devices KPI** from the report list.

## Available data

### Geographic distribution of endpoints

| Column        | Description                                            |
| :------------ | :----------------------------------------------------- |
| `country`     | Country where endpoints are located                    |
| `ep_count`    | Number of endpoints in that country on the given date  |
| `volume (mb)` | Data volume consumed in that country on the given date |

Columns are grouped by date, with **`ep_count`** and **`volume (mb)`** shown for each day in the selected time range.

## Filters

| Date Range | No       | Predefined | Last week | Select a time range. Click the calendar icon to edit. Choose a range type (for example, **Last**) and then select: **Last day**, **Last week**, **Last month**, **Last quarter**, or **Last year**. The actual date range is shown. |
| Workspace  | No       | Predefined | None      | Searchable dropdown listing the Workspaces you have access to. Only available with [multiple Workspaces](/portal/workspaces).                                                                                                       |

### Apply filters

Click the filter icon at the top of the report to open the **Filters** panel.

Set your desired filters.
For **Date Range**, click the calendar icon to open the time range editor, select a range type, and click **Apply**.
For **Workspace**, **Country**, and **VPLMN**, use the searchable dropdowns to find and select values.

Click **Apply Filters** to update the report.

To reset all filters, click **Clear all**.

## Download report data

Each chart and table in this report includes a menu (vertical dots icon) with download options.

Click the vertical dots icon on the chart or table you want to download.

Select **Download**, then choose a format:

* **Export to .CSV** — download as a comma-separated values file
* **Export to Excel** — download as an Excel spreadsheet
* **Download as image** — save a screenshot of the chart or table

The same menu also provides **Force refresh** to reload the data and **Enter fullscreen** to expand the chart or table.
