The **Satellite Report** is a dashboard with charts and data tables that provide visibility into your satellite non-terrestrial network (NTN) SIMs. Use this report to monitor SIM inventory by status, track activation trends, and review data plan usage for satellite-capable SIMs. ## Questions this report answers * How many satellite-capable SIMs do I have and what is their status? * How many satellite SIMs were activated each day? * How has my active satellite SIM count changed over the last 6 months? * What satellite and cellular data has each SIM consumed against its allowance? * Which data plan are my satellite SIMs on? ## Navigate to this report Log in to your [emnify account](https://portal.emnify.com/sign). Navigate to [**Reports**](https://portal.emnify.com/reports). Select **Satellite Report** from the report list. ## Available data | Name | Type | Description | | :------------------------------------------------------------ | :-------- | :------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Satellite Capable SIMs repository by Status | Chart | Breakdown of satellite-capable SIMs by status (for example, **Activated** and **Factory Test**). Toggle between **All** and **Inv** views. | | Satellite Capable SIMs Initial Activations - Daily Activation | Bar chart | Number of satellite-capable SIMs activated each day during the selected month. | | Active Satellite Capable SIMs - Last 6 months | Bar chart | Count of active satellite-capable SIMs per month over the last 6 months. | | Satellite capable SIMs by Data Plan - Monthly | Table | Monthly data plan usage for satellite-capable SIMs. See [Satellite capable SIMs by Data Plan - Monthly](#satellite-capable-sims-by-data-plan---monthly). | | Satellite capable SIMs by data plan | Table | Individual satellite-capable SIMs with their data plan details. Each column can be used to sort the table. ## Filters | Filter | Required | Value | Default | Description | | :----------- | :------- | :--------- | :------------ | :--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Active Month | Yes | Predefined | Current month | Select the month to view in date format (for example, 2026-04-01). Click **Apply Filters** to update the report. | | Workspace | No | Predefined | None | Select from the Workspaces you have access to. Only available with [multiple Workspaces](/portal/workspaces). | ### Apply filters Click the filter icon at the top of the report to open the **Filters** panel. Select the **Active Month** from the dropdown (required). Optionally, select a **Workspace** from the dropdown to narrow results. Click **Apply Filters** to update the report. To reset all filters, click **Clear all**. ## Download report data Each chart and table in this report includes a menu (vertical dots icon) with download options. Click the vertical dots icon on the chart or table you want to download. Select **Download**, then choose a format: * **Export to .CSV** — download as a comma-separated values file * **Export to Excel** — download as an Excel spreadsheet * **Download as image** — save a screenshot of the chart or table The same menu also provides **Force refresh** to reload the data and **Enter fullscreen** to expand the chart or table.
