Upgrade tariff plan
Allows an enterprise organization to upgrade to a production tariff plan.
This will also switch the charging model to postpaid.
The following conditions must be met in order to upgrade:
- The organization must be an enterprise organization.
- The organization must currently be in evaluation. The parent organization is also allowed to change the tariff plan of non-evaluation customers.
- The organization must have configured their Credit Card / PayPal payment details and an invoice e-mail address.
- The tariff plan must be visible for the requesting organization. The parent organization is allowed to assign private tariff plans to its child organizations.
- The tariff plan must not be an evaluation tariff plan.
- The tariff plan must be active.
- The currency of the tariff plan must match the currency of the organization.
