The chat widget is available on every page of docs.emnify.com. Open it from the search bar or click Ask AI and ask a question in natural language to get answers grounded in the documentation, with links back to the source pages.
Our public MCP server lets MCP-compatible AI clients - such as Cursor, Claude Code, Claude Desktop, VS Code, ChatGPT, and Codex - access emnify documentation directly from your development environment. You can use it with an LLM to help build integrations and access emnify platform APIs.

The Portal AI assistant and the customer MCP server are available to anyone with an emnify account, including free trial accounts. Unlike the public AI tools, these have richer access to emnify resources and are actively enhanced by the emnify team.

These tools read only from emnify’s knowledge sources. They can’t access your emnify account, Workspaces, devices, SIMs, or any other customer-specific data. Conversations are reviewed by the emnify team. Don’t share sensitive information such as application tokens, passwords, or personal data in your queries.
The Portal AI assistant is a chat widget available inside the emnify Portal that answers questions about emnify products and documentation in natural language. Sign in to the Portal and open the assistant to start asking questions - no extra setup required.
This is the recommended option for one-off questions while you work in the Portal.
The customer MCP server lets MCP-compatible AI clients query emnify’s knowledge sources and run common developer tasks from inside your editor or AI assistant.
