View centralized reports for multiple Workspaces

Centralized reports extend the existing embedded reports feature on the Portal by allowing you to view one centralized report that combines data from two or more Workspaces.

Any user role can see reports from all accessible Workspaces regardless of which one they're currently in. By default, the report only displays data from the current Workspace.

Daily usage

  1. Log in to your emnify account.
  2. Navigate to Reports. The Daily Usage report is selected by default.
  3. Click the Workspaces filter and select the corresponding checkboxes for the Workspaces you want to include in the report. To include all the Workspaces you can access, click Select all.
  4. Review your selection, then click Apply.

Once applied, the filter shows how many Workspaces are selected.

To remove the filter, click X.

Other reports

  1. Log in to your emnify account.
  2. Navigate to Reports and choose the report you want to generate.
  3. Click Filters and select the corresponding checkboxes for the Workspaces you want to include in the report. To include all the Workspaces you can access, click Select Displayed.
  4. Review your selection, then click Apply.

Once applied, the Workspace names and IDs appear at the top of the report.

To remove the filter, click Filters > Reset filters > Apply.

If you switch to another report type, the filter settings from the previous report aren't saved.
