Remove SMS limit from a service profile
Removes the SMS Limit (if any) from a given service profile.

limit_id
Numerical ID of a Traffic Limit
service_id
The numeric ID corresponding to one of the following services:
* `6` - SMS MT
* `32` - SMS MO
