List discovery services

List the discovery services that a Link by SIM or Link by Product request can name in discovery_service. Requires the Sim.Operation.DiscoveryService + List permission. The API rejects a request from a role without this permission.

An auth_token should be provided to authenticate a session. To obtain an auth_token, see the POST request to /api/v1/authenticate.
