The solution is compliant with the GSMA SGP.22 standard and is already aligned with the evolving SGP.32 standard, enabling future compatibility with IoT-specific eSIM deployments via eUICC IoT Remote Manager (eIM). MDM platform

Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms play a critical role by enabling remote eSIM profile installation without requiring end-user interaction. On supported devices, MDM can push eSIM activation details—such as the SM-DP+ address or activation code—directly to the device. This eliminates the need for users to manually scan QR codes or input details, making large-scale and zero-touch end user experience possible.

emnify has pre-validated this solution with two major MDM platforms: Omnissa - Workspace ONE UEM and Microsoft Intune. When integrated with Apple Business Manager (ABM), these platforms can remotely push eSIM profiles to the enrolled devices—either during initial setup or at a later time—enabling a fully automated process.
