Call detail records (CDRs)

The Call detail records (CDRs) report is a dashboard providing granular, session-level connection records and aggregated data traffic for each SIM in your fleet. Use this report to audit individual data sessions, investigate specific device behavior, or reconcile usage with billing.

Questions this report answers

  • What are the detailed records of each data session in the last 48 hours?
  • How much upstream and downstream data was transferred in each session?
  • Which network and country did a device connect to during a session?
  • What is the aggregated data traffic per device over a longer time period?
  • Can I export session-level records for billing reconciliation?
