Overview current month

The Overview current month report is a dashboard showing overall data and SMS volume, SIM status, traffic trends, and device limit extensions for your organization. Use this report for a snapshot of your fleet’s activity and to drill into per-SIM and per-endpoint details.

For large exports, download as CSV supports up to 500,000 rows.

Questions this report answers

  • What is my total data and SMS volume for the current month?
  • How many SIMs have traffic this month?
  • What is the breakdown of my SIMs by status?
  • How has my daily data traffic changed over the last 30 days?
  • How many PDP contexts were created successfully?

Log in to your emnify account.

Navigate to Reports.

Select Overview current month from the report list.

Available data

SIMs and endpoints ordered by last trafficTableSIMs and their associated endpoints, ordered by most recent traffic. See SIMs and endpoints ordered by last traffic.

SIMs By Status reports the current status of each SIM. If a SIM was active at the start of the month and later suspended, this chart reports it as Suspended. The chart reflects the current state each time, based on SIM movements between statuses (for example, from factory test mode to activated).

Each column can be used to sort the table. The table includes a search bar and a dropdown to show 200 (default) or All entries.

Filters

  • Exact Combination: all selected tags must be present per endpoint (for example, if you select tag1 and tag2, both must be present along with other possible tags).
  • Partial Combination: at least one selected tag must be present (for example, if you select tag1 and tag2, either or both must be present for each endpoint).

Apply filters

Click the filter icon at the top of the report to open the Filters panel.

Set your desired filters. Use the Workspace and Tag Name dropdowns to select values. If filtering by tags, choose a Tag Filter Criteria to control how tags are matched.

Click Apply Filters to update the report.

To reset all filters, click Clear all.

Download report data

Each chart and table in this report includes a menu (vertical dots icon) with download options.

Click the vertical dots icon on the chart or table you want to download.

Select Download, then choose a format:

  • Export to .CSV — download as a comma-separated values file
  • Export to Excel — download as an Excel spreadsheet
  • Download as image — save a screenshot of the chart or table

The same menu also provides Force refresh to reload the data and Enter fullscreen to expand the chart or table.
