Monthly invoiced SIMs

The Monthly invoiced SIMs report is a dashboard showing SIMs that were active and billed during a selected month. Use this report to reconcile SIM-level billing, review active SIM trends, inspect data plan fees and pooled allowances, and export invoiced SIM details.

This dashboard counts any SIM that was active at any point during the selected month as invoiced for that month. A SIM that was active at the start of the month and later suspended is still counted here, whereas the SIM list report shows that SIM’s current state (suspended).

How many SIMs were invoiced for a given month?
How has my invoiced SIM count changed month over month?
Which data plans are my active SIMs on, and what are the associated fees?
What is the pooled data allowance and SIM count for each data plan?
When was a specific SIM first activated?
Which coverage policy is each invoiced SIM mapped to?
Can I export a full list of invoiced SIMs with their endpoint and billing details?

Navigate to Reports.

Select Monthly invoiced SIMs from the report list.

Available data

Name	Type	Description
Active SIMs	Tile	Total count of SIMs that were active for the selected month.
Active SIMs Monthly	Bar chart	`active_sim_count` per month. Use the All and Inv toggles to switch between all and inventory SIMs.
Data Plan Pooled Allowance including Fees	Table	Data plans broken down by pooled allowance, SIM count, and fees. See Data plan pooled allowance.
First SIM Activation Date	Table	First activation date for each SIM. See First SIM activation date.
SIM to Coverage Policy Mapping	Table	Each SIM mapped to its assigned coverage policy. See SIM to coverage policy mapping.
Active Sims- Overview including Fees	Table	Per-SIM detail with data plan, fees, endpoint, and tag details for every active SIM in the selected month. See Active SIMs overview including fees.

Data plan pooled allowance

Table breaking down the data plans used by SIMs that were active for the selected month.

Column	Description
`data_plan_name`	Name of the data plan
`sim_hosting_fee`	Per-SIM hosting fee for the plan
`data_plan_fee`	Monthly data plan fee
`currency`	Currency the fees are billed in (for example, EUR)
`data_per_sim_in_mb`	Data allowance per SIM, in MB
`sim_count`	Number of active SIMs on this data plan
`pooled_allowance_in_mb`	Total pooled allowance across all SIMs on this plan (MB)

First SIM activation date

Table listing the first activation date for each SIM up to the selected month.

`first_activation_date`	Date the SIM was first activated

SIM to coverage policy mapping

Table mapping each invoiced SIM to its assigned coverage policy.

`updated_at`	Date the coverage policy mapping was last updated

Active SIMs overview including fees

Detailed table listing every SIM that was active for the selected month with its data plan, billing, and endpoint details.

Column	Description
`data_plan_name`	Name of the data plan assigned to the SIM
`tariff_profile_name`	Name of the tariff profile assigned to the SIM
`allowance_in_mb`	Data allowance for the plan, in MB
`data_plan_fee`	Monthly data plan fee
`sim_hosting_fee`	Per-SIM hosting fee
`currency`	Currency the fees are billed in (for example, EUR)
`device_portal_url`	Direct link to the device’s page in the Portal
`sim_id`	Unique SIM identifier
`activation_month`	Month the SIM was active (matches the Active Month filter)
`imei`	International Mobile Equipment Identity (N/A if not available)
`iccid`	SIM card identifier (ICCID)
`endpoint_name`	Name of the endpoint the SIM is assigned to
`tags`	Comma-separated tags applied to the SIM or endpoint
`organisation_name`	Organization the SIM belongs to

Each table can be sorted by any column and includes a search bar and a dropdown to show 10, 20, 50, 100, or 200 (default) entries.

Filters

Filter	Required	Value	Default	Description
Active Month	Yes	Date picker	Current month	Select the billing month to report on (in `YYYY-MM-01` format, for example, `2026-04-01`). The dashboard counts SIMs that were active at any point during this month.
Workspace	No	Predefined	None	Searchable dropdown listing the Workspaces you have access to. Only available with multiple Workspaces.
Tag Name	No	Predefined	None	Filter by SIM or endpoint tag name.
Tag Filter Criteria	Yes	Predefined	Exact Combination	Exact Combination: all selected tags must be present per SIM (for example, if you select tag1 and tag2, both must be present along with other possible tags). Partial Combination: at least one selected tag must be present (for example, if you select tag1 and tag2, either or both must be present for each SIM).

Apply filters

Click the filter icon at the top of the report to open the Filters panel.

Set your desired filters. Select the Active Month (required) to choose the billing month to report on. Use the Workspace and Tag Name dropdowns to narrow results. If filtering by tags, choose a Tag Filter Criteria to control how tags are matched.

Click Apply Filters to update the report.

To reset all filters, click Clear all.

Download report data

To download the full report (up to 500,000 rows), use the Active Sims- Overview including Fees table’s download menu and choose Export to .CSV.

Each chart and table in this report includes a menu (vertical dots icon) with download options.

Click the vertical dots icon on the chart or table you want to download.

Select Download, then choose a format:

Export to .CSV — download as a comma-separated values file
Export to Excel — download as an Excel spreadsheet
Download as image — save a screenshot of the chart or table

The same menu also provides Force refresh to reload the data and Enter fullscreen to expand the chart or table.
