Satellite report

The Satellite Report is only available to customers with satellite-capable SIMs. For more information about satellite connectivity, see Manage satellite connectivity.

The Satellite Report is a dashboard with charts and data tables that provide visibility into your satellite non-terrestrial network (NTN) SIMs. Use this report to monitor SIM inventory by status, track activation trends, and review data plan usage for satellite-capable SIMs.

Questions this report answers

  • How many satellite-capable SIMs do I have and what is their status?
  • How many satellite SIMs were activated each day?
  • How has my active satellite SIM count changed over the last 6 months?
  • What satellite and cellular data has each SIM consumed against its allowance?
  • Which data plan are my satellite SIMs on?

Log in to your emnify account.

Navigate to Reports.

Select Satellite Report from the report list.

Available data

Both tables include a search bar and a dropdown to show 200 (default) or All entries. Each column can be used to sort the table.

Filters

Apply filters

Click the filter icon at the top of the report to open the Filters panel.

Select the Active Month from the dropdown (required).

Optionally, select a Workspace from the dropdown to narrow results.

Click Apply Filters to update the report.

To reset all filters, click Clear all.

Download report data

Each chart and table in this report includes a menu (vertical dots icon) with download options.

Click the vertical dots icon on the chart or table you want to download.

Select Download, then choose a format:

  • Export to .CSV — download as a comma-separated values file
  • Export to Excel — download as an Excel spreadsheet
  • Download as image — save a screenshot of the chart or table

The same menu also provides Force refresh to reload the data and Enter fullscreen to expand the chart or table.
