Activate your eSIM using an activation code

Activation codes provide a straightforward way to install your eSIM directly through your device settings. After receiving your activation code from emnify, you can manually enter it to complete the setup.

This guide walks you through how to check device compatibility, ordering your eSIM profile and activating your eSIM using the activation code.

Step 1 - Check device compatibility

  1. Confirm that your device supports eSIM by reviewing the eSIM-capable devices list.
  2. Make sure your device is unlocked. If it's locked to another carrier, eSIM activation may not work.

Step 2 - Order your eSIM profile

You can order eSIM profiles via email.

  1. Contact your emnify sales representative with your request.
  2. Complete and submit the required eSIM order form by:
    • Attaching it to your email request, or
    • Uploading it to emnify's secure transfer folder (contact your sales representative for access).
  3. Next, emnify generates the eSIM activation codes.
  4. Finally, the activation codes are shared securely via email or the transfer folder.
